Please Note:

1. Please provide as much information as possible so we can provide a complete quote.
2. Receiving product supplies is still a huge challenge. Therefore, please give us as much notice as possible to receive supplies and prepare for your event sufficiently.
3. We have a $250 minimum order before delivery fee, per delivery, per location.
4. For orders (to one location) over $1,000, we offer FREE Delivery & FREE Setup. For orders (to one location) under $1,000, the delivery fee is determined by distance traveled.
5. Décor on frames will be on disposable cement base plates and frames for you to discard after your event.
6. If you would like us to break down, the Break Down Fee starts at $250 per location.
7. Events with rental items will have an automatic Break Down Fee added to the quote.
8. Once our crew is on site, please do not ask them to inflate balloons you have brought with you and/or add any extra décor that is not noted on the final order.
